Loan Assistant

Job Location:
Downtown Iowa City

Duties/Responsibilities:
Provides administrative and clerical support for all lending officers and personal bankers with an emphasis on support for in-house and secondary market mortgage loan files. Handles documentation of residential real estate loans post-closing. Position also has specialized duties relating to loan processing and document imaging software technology.

Qualifications:
Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Hours:
Full-Time, Non-Exempt, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday

Compensation/Benefits:
Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.


Job Position:
Support Specialist/ Network Services

Job Location:
Downtown Iowa City

Duties/Responsibilities:
This position serves as a Level 1 technology support resource for the organization. Responsibilities include the following tasks: maintenance of desktop computer equipment like installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software. Monitoring of security hotfixes and patch status and installation of necessary security updates. Receiving new equipment and entering into inventory. Managing asset changes and updating asset records. Troubleshoots basic hardware and software problems. Receives and manages support requests from staff by telephone, e-mail or in person. Works with senior staff to resolve advanced issues.

Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems is preferred. Strong candidates would possess MCDST or comparable certifications. Previous experience with helpdesk management software and helpdesk workflow processes would be helpful. Candidates must have strong customer service and communication skills and be proficient at organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks. Certain projects or duties may require work on weekends or evenings and/or travel to branch locations.

Hours:
Part Time, Non-Exempt, Hourly, Monday-Friday 8:00am-12:00pm or 1:00pm

Job Position:
Commercial/Ag Banking Officer

Job Location:
Oskaloosa/1st Ave, Iowa

Duties/Responsibilities:
Performs commercial and/or agricultural banking services for MWO customers with respect to the extension of credit and monitoring of the overall banking relationship. Examines, evaluates, and authorizes or recommends approval of customer applications for commercial loans and establishes the overall banking relationship through referrals of additional bank services.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred plus 3-5 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Hours:
Full time, Exempt, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Job Position:
Service Associate

Job Location:
Downtown Iowa City

Duties/Responsibilities:
Provides a wide variety of customer service functions involving the payment and receipt of money, customer accounts, and other general banking services. Participates actively in referrals of other bank products and services. Services customers with their accounts by accepting and processing deposits of all types in accordance with bank policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
High school education or equivalent is desirable. Will be expected to attend additional training programs offered internally and externally by the Bank to enhance skills and abilities. Strong customer service skills and sales abilities required. Strong communication skills required. Ability and desire to practice bank security and operational policies/procedures is necessary. A professional attitude and attire are required.

Hours:
Full-Time, Non-Exempt. 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, Rotating Saturdays 2/3 per month

Licensed Investor Center Administrative Assistant

Job Location:
Downtown Iowa City

Duties/Responsibilities:
Assists financial advisors and clients with matters involving client accounts. Prepares information/reports and handles departmental communications. Works on projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year or technical school, or at least nine months of related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Licenses Series 6 and 63 are required.

Hours:
Full-Time, Non-Exempt, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
